CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Each participant can only purchase 1 ticket per order for the main convention. Please accomplish the registration form completely.

2. The early bird group rate is only open to Filipino RSLPs. To register for the early bird RSLP group rate, participants must first send the list of names to pasp.convention@gmail.com. We will be providing a coupon code for your group to avail the discounted rate. This is valid until March 31, 2025 and exclusive for those in the list that will be sent to us.

3. Payment can be made via bank transfer, Dragonpay or credit card via Paypal. The total amount to be paid by the participants will appear on the Payment page upon checkout.

4. Upon placing order, do not download the ticket as this is considered unpaid. Your ticket should be marked paid in order to enter the venue on the day of the convention.

5. After completing your payment, please send your proof of transaction via email to pasp.convention@gmail.com and pasp.treasurer@gmail.com and include the following details: • Name of the Member

   • Amount of Payment

   • Date of Payment

   • Reference Number/Transaction Number

   • Payment Purpose (i.e. Convention, Workshop)

6. Wait for the confirmation email and your PAID ticket.
