PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of Registration
We will send you a confirmation of registration or invoice via e-mail within 5 days after finishing the registration. The applicable registration fees must be paid in full upon your receipt of the registration confirmation/invoice.
Accepted Modes of Payment
For participants in the Philippines, payments made through bank deposit or via Paypal are accepted. Only payments made through Paypal are accepted for international participants. Accepted mode of payment for PASP members availing of the Early Bird group discounted rate and SALTS members availing of the group discounted rate is through bank deposit only.
In case the registration fee is transferred or made shortly before the start of the convention (7 days prior: 14 July 2018), you are asked to present your transfer remittance or payment slip on-site.
Details regarding the bank account will be sent in a separate confirmation email.
Requests for cancellation of registration must be made by e-mailing the Organizing Committee (firstname.lastname@example.org). The following refund policy will be applied:
- On or before 01 June 2018: Refund of registration fee minus an administration charge of
PHP 1,500 pesos (30 USD).
- After 01 June 2018: No refund.
Cancellation of Event
The organizers will reschedule the event if possible in case it is cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances. The registration fee that was paid will be transferred to the rescheduled event.
If the event is cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or 15% of the respective registration fees.
